The Steras Wine Cellar is owned by the Praprotnik family, which has been cultivating vineyards at Kocini near Šared since 1975. Our parade horse is definitely refosco, which is produced in various stylish variants.Nothing is far behind Malvasia, which we have been paying more attention and space in recent years.A very special place in our vineyards, and the cellar and heart, have old Istrian varieties that will have an increasing effect in the future when designing the stylish identity of our cellar.Let me just mention some of us returning to life again: cyprus, little black, etiquette, black borrors, white refosco, pine nuts, canary, isolank and others.We cultivate vineyards according to the principles of organic viticulture, because we firmly believe that this is the only path that allows the durability of our stay on planet Earth.
